Hello friends.

The lovely Jodi, let me borrow her P90 X videos this past week. Wow - they are great. you'll see some of the moves in today's workout.

Workout of the Day - Circuit, 1 minute a each station
- plank
- ranger kicks with legs straight and hold for "one one thousand" when you alternate legs
- Sumo dead lift high pulls
- air squat with a tiny jump at the end
- rest

3 rounds = 15 minutes of hard work.

Workout of the Day

- 30 V sit with medicine ball side to side ( 1 touch to the left and 1 touch to the right = 1)

- 30 kettle bell swings

- 30 thrusters (weights at shoulders with arms bent, squat all the way down into an air squat, at the top of your squat straighten your arms)


3 rounds.

This workout uses all the big muscle groups and works not only on strength but muscular endurance as well. If you push yourself hard during these exercises you will get your heart rate up there.

I've been slacking.....my blogs have been few and far in between. But I'm back on the band wagon and blogging once again.

Workout of the Day
- body rows with push up
- dead lift
- shoulder press
- lunges
100 skips between each round.
5 rounds, 10 reps

Hello Everyone!

Warm up
- 100 skips with a skipping rope
- 100 crunches (20 regular, 20 with R leg extended straight up, 20 with L leg extended straight up, 20 with both legs extended straight up, 20 bicycle)
3 rounds

Hopper Workout
- You get to pick 3 golf balls out of the hopper. There are 6 golf balls in the hopper. Each golf ball will have an exercise on it.
1. walking lunges
2. push ups
3. over head and around
4. Kettle bell swings
5. ranger kicks
6. body rows

100 reps/ exercise = 300 reps total.

This is a perfect way for you to create your own workouts at home. Pick 3 exercises and off you go! You get to decide how you would like to tailor your workout ex) 25 - 25 - 25 x4 or 20 - 20 - 20 x5 or 33 - 33 - 33 x3
