Hello friends.

The lovely Jodi, let me borrow her P90 X videos this past week. Wow - they are great. you'll see some of the moves in today's workout.

Workout of the Day - Circuit, 1 minute a each station
- plank
- ranger kicks with legs straight and hold for "one one thousand" when you alternate legs
- Sumo dead lift high pulls
- air squat with a tiny jump at the end
- rest

3 rounds = 15 minutes of hard work.
